Saturday, June 26, 2010 - Graduation Dinner Dance
Coast Hotel Ballroom, Langley, B.C.
Dinner Dance tickets will be on sale from June 1 – 21. Ticket price is $70.
Transportation to and from the hotel is provided to all graduates and their guests.
Graduates may purchase one ticket for a guest. Graduates and guests must travel by bus in order to be permitted into the Dinner Dance and must stay at the Dinner Dance until the end of the evening. Family members may transport themselves.
Seating is reserved at the time of ticket purchase. Payment for all table members must be made at the same time in order to secure a seat. Seats will not be saved.

Parents who might be interested in joining grads for a "Dessert only" option may do so at the cost of $15.00 per ticket. Tickets will be on sale June 1st. Seating will be assigned to "dessert only" tables. Dessert only guests will be admitted at approximately 8:00pm.
****Reminder to Grads: Friends who wish to sit together at grad must buy their tickets at the same time to ensure being assigned to the same table!!
Mandatory Grad Ceremony Rehearsal – June 28th @ 12:00 Noon

CHANDOS PATTISON AUDITORIUM
Tickets will be on sale for ONE WEEK ONLY : June 15th – 18th. Seats are general admission only. Doors open at 5pm. Ceremony tickets are $5.00 each when purchased at the school. The cost for purchasing at the door is $10.00 per ticket. The ceremony takes approximately two hours and is therefore not appropriate for babies and young children. Grads must arrive at the auditorium by 4:30pm. Grads can pick up their caps and gowns at the school on Friday, June 25th. All gowns must be returned immediately after the ceremony, so please take all cap and gown photos before the Ceremony.
